Now Small and Mid Sized business owners have a choice when leasing new equipment for their businesses. They can:

  • Accept the lease offered by the supplier/manufacturer, or
  • Have the lease brokered by an independent broker such a Verico Accede Financial.
A Brokered Lease is:
1. Performance based
Supplier/Manufacturer leases are structured to their advantage and usually provide the lessor with additional income for every lease written. Such is not the case with a "Brokered" lease. Yes the Broker is paid a commission but this commission is performance based because the broker doesn't get paid unless the lease is better than the lease offered is better than the one offered by the supplier/manufacturer.

2. Flexibile
In addition a a brokered lease has more flexibility. It can be customized with regards to length of term and frequency of payments that best suit your companies needs, For example Golf courses usually only pay their leases when they are operating, if the nature of a companies business is such that they are shut down for a few months of the year their payment schedule can be set up accordingly. In the case of farmers who receive the majority of their income once a year payments can be made annually.

3. Less costly
In addition to having lease flexibility a brokered lease will likely mean you pay a lower interest rate. Over the past 12 years, our lease partner Alliance has formed strong working relationships with many of the top lease financing companies, commercial finance institutions and banks in North America. As such, they have access to the best financing options available at any given moment. Their diverse network of funders also enables them to maintain one of the highest approval ratios (up to 95 percent) in the business.

4. Obtain Cash from Owned Equipment
If you have equipment that has been purchased our End User Lease Program can be used to raise additional cash. Sell your equipment to our leasing company and then lease it back. The “Cash Back” is yours to use as you see fit. (Clean up Corporate Balance Sheet, Pay off other Debt)
